I have never had a trainer before, what should I expect?
Our knowledgeable trainers will create a customized exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your unique health and fitness goals. They will also take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, pregnancy, post-rehabilitation, medications taken, etc) when creating a program exclusively for you. We will also teach you the proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of your workouts. Our trainers will also help you develop a more positive outlook on exercise by exploring options for making exercise more enjoyable, reviewing short-term progress towards goals, and assessing feeling- and mood-state changes related to exercise, thereby improving self-confidence and self-motivation.

How frequently should I see a trainer?
The ideal frequency of personal training sessions varies from person to person. Our recommendation is to start with 2 sessions per week.
What if I only have 30 minutes to workout?
Perfect! Our training sessions last only 30 minutes. Our trainers use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to activate major muscle groups while increasing your heart rate which leads to fat loss! Don’t let the high intensity part scare you. We tailor our programs to fit your needs!
What if I have not been exercising for a long time?
Our trainers will perform assessment tests to help them understand more about your body and your unique needs. We create programs tailored to your specific needs. Everyone is different and your program will be too.
How quickly will I see results of my training?
Expect to feel the results of your training sooner than you see them. People who start a new exercise program and are consistent in getting their workouts done typically report improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks. Changes in body composition often take longer to notice; the more consistent you are with your workouts and the closer you adhere to your nutrition plan, the sooner the results will become noticeable.
Do you provide meal plans?
We educate our clients on nutrition to help them make smart food choices even when we are not around.
I have an injury, is it safe for me to workout?
Our trainers understand the importance of injury prevention and safety while working out. We help our clients with injury rehab, pain management, and strengthening any underdeveloped areas on your body.
